SHIPPING

We currently only offer to ship within Canada only.

We ship products within 3-5 business days of receiving an online order, we make no guarantees and will accept no liability for a longer shipping time frame.

Once the order has been processed, we will send you a shipping confirmation notification.

Shipping rates are based on the total order weight and location of the buyer.  These rates are subject to change without notice.

LOCAL PICKUP

Unfortunately, our system doesn't support an accelerated checkout method for local pickup at the moment. If choose one of the following in the first step of the checkout then the pickup option is not available. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

TEMPERATURE

All of our frozen/refrigerated products will be packed in a foam box with cold packs included.
